Evelyne Ngara is a passionate and driven agent who values the trust that clients place in her and strives to help families happily and legally possess a home where they can make special memories. Born and raised in Nairobi Kenya, she moved to Irving, Texas in 2003 and finally a resident of North Fort Worth for the past 11 years. She brings strategy and a stylish approach to the home buying process with a unique set of qualities that set her apart. It sparks a personal drive that obligates her whenever she sees people struggling with real estate process in Texas. As a certified Knock agent, Evelyne guides motivated buyers through Knock Home Swap Program that allows them to qualify for a home loan.
Prior to being a realtor, Evelyne attained an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Tarrant County College, followed by a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas Arlington. This explains her great understanding of financial investment and ability to develop targeted marketing solutions for maximum profitability. She has worked at Target in sales and at Wells Fargo as a bank teller. Interacting daily with customers, she developed communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills that are contributing to her growth as a realtor. It's not all about business. Evelyne finds great satisfaction in seeing a smile on the client's face after a successful transaction.
Out of real estate, Evelyne loves spending time with her daughter who is part of the Fort Worth Soccer Association. She is an active member of the community who attends almost all soccer tournaments and is part of several cooking groups in the area. An avid explorer, she enjoys traveling, trying out new recipes, and learning about different cultures, people, and architecture.
